Guidelines for Dance Products

Please follow the guidelines below to help you get the most of your new dance shoes:

• Please try your new shoes we recommend that you try them on a soft surface, e.g. carpet, a blanket, etc. This will help you to avoid scratching or damaging the shoes. We will of course replace or refund the shoes if you are not entirely satisfied, but they must be in as-new condition before we can do so. Please visit our returns page for more information.
  
  
• For leather shoes treat them as you would any good pair of leather shoes.
  
  
• Cleaning instructions differ from shoe to shoe. Please consult the care label or instructions before attempting to clean shoes.
  
  
• Dancing is a physical activity. We recommend airing the shoes after use to keep them fresh. We also advise that dance shoes are subject to more wear and tear than normal footwear and this should be taken into account over time.
